5 Benefits of Partnerships

“Together, we each grow stronger. Together, we each shine brighter. Together, we set the world on fire!” This is the BrightFire Network motto. partnership

I truly believe that in order to make a big impact, change lives, or grow your business, you need the power of partnerships and collaboration. In that spirit, I am taking my own advice and partnering with some of the most brilliant minds around the globe.

I recently reached out to women entrepreneurs who are creative and innovative thinkers and I asked them to help me better serve the BrightFire Community by contributing their talents and expertise. The response and generosity was overwhelming! These ladies are going to blow your mind (and help you grow your business, of course)! Over the next few weeks you will be seeing some new faces, in addition to mine.

BrightFire is growing and I am blessed to have others support me in its growth. Without the help of others, I wouldn’t be able to serve the BrightFire Network community to my standards or grow the BrightFire Living and Fantastically Free communities, which I am beyond excited about.

It is a win-win-win for everyone!

Haven’t thought about partnering with others to grow your business, here are the top 5 benefits for partnerships and collaboration:

1) You can focus on the right stuff.

When you partner with others, it frees you up to focus on the things that you enjoy and the things that are most profitable for you.

2) You maximize your strengths and eliminate your weaknesses.

Partnering with others allows you to stick with being the expert in what you do while bringing in experts to cover the areas outside of your zone of genius.

3) You and your community are introduced to new people.

Success in business is all about meeting new people and building relationships.  When you partner with others, you expand your connections exponentially. The more people who dig what you’re doing the better.

4) You and your community are introduced to new ideas.

Inspiration and innovation is key to building a business that people actually care about. Partnering with others keeps you current, relevant, and fresh. Feel free to mix it up a bit.

5) Your impact is bigger.

I am always amazed at what we can do in this world when we work together. Nothing in this world worth mentioning was built alone. If you really want to share your message with a bigger audience, grow your income, and change more lives, you need allies.

I would love to hear your thoughts on how you have used partnerships to grow your business. Please leave a comment below.

Feedback & Comments:

  1. Congratulations on the growth of your brightfire women community! You are so right that we are so much stronger as a group!

  2. Congrats on your growth – I look forward to seeing who you have to share

I love collaboration and saw the wonderful benefits when I hosted my recent anxiety summit. I got to bring incredibly talented holistic and integrative anxiety/food experts together to share with my tribe and they all shared the summit with their tribes

  3. Great idea. I’ve been looking into this idea as a way to broaden what I have to offer. #2 is really resonating with me right now – allowing me to focus on my expertise while allowing others to focus on theirs. It’s a win-win-win.

  4. Collaboration is the name of the game for business in the future. I believe that woman are intrinsically better at this (although I wish each gender were equally poised to take advantage). Good for you for seeing your path forward is inclusive of this value.

  5. AND FUN!!! I have been a solopreneur since 2008 and I just started a 3rd business where I am in a network of amazing women, so even though it’s my business, I’m not in business alone. It is so much more FUN than when I was working by myself. And even though my other two companies are still me, myself, and I, my 3rd fulfills me in the partnership department enough for all of it!

  6. This is a great move for you!
Very exciting. Good luck and enjoy!

  7. I think partnerships with a trusted person are a great way to broaden your horizons by meeting more people, exchanging ideas and having someone who can help with all the work involved with making a small business successful.
